American Tailored Wines offers custom blends with bold flavor and aroma to exercise the senses as well as low alcohol and bitterness to minimize negative side effects. We work with owners, department heads, and residents on tasting and creating a label unique to that community and its budget. 

A glass of wine can brighten your mood, reduce inflammation, improve hypertension, and enrich a meal. We understand food quality is a hallmark of quality care and are excited to craft a wine for your table.

Meet Amanda Sims

After 15 years in the wine industry, Amanda is bringing her expertise to an industry her family has been financing for three generations. She is proud to continue the legacy of supporting better quality of life for senior residents. She holds degrees in winemaking (UC Davis) and viticulture (Cornell) as well as certificates in wine appreciation and service (Court of Master Sommeliers).
